How to Use:

• For best results, use this spell kit during the waxing moon phase - with the full moon being the optimum time. A waxing moon is ideal for drawing things (in this case, healing) towards you.
• Write down what is ailing you on the blank intention scroll.
• Place the candle in the centre of your altar and arrange the tokens around it, aligned to the cardinal points:
  • Hematite (to represent physical or emotional healing and Earth) to the North
  • Feather (representing air) to the East
  • Charred Palo Santo wood (representing fire) to the South
  • Natural Shell (representing water) to the West
• Clear your mind and focusing solely upon your intent, light the candle.
• Stare into the flame, imagine a soft white light surrounding you, and focus on healing and strengthening mind and spirit. Fix your desired outcome firmly in your mind.
• When ready, say your own words, or use the provided chant. Repeat it 3 times.
• Now light the intention scroll and placing it in a fireproof vessel, envision releasing that which has ailed you, as it turns to ash.
• Snuff out the candle while anointing the charm in its smoke.
• Place all items except the candle in the pouch and tie it closed with the charm. Keep it somewhere safe, close by. This is now your healing charm.
• You can relight the candle, any time you feel the need to strengthen your casting.
