Delivery Locations
I ship throughout the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
Delivery Costs
To keep costs to a minimum, I use Royal Mail Tracked 48 by default – and offer free delivery on all orders of £40 and over.
- £3.50 Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–4 business days transit time) – FREE on orders of £40 and over!
- £5.00 Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 business days transit time)
Processing Time
As a solo seller, I personally pack and ship every order. I aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days of purchase.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most UK orders arrive within 2-4 business days via Royal Mail
Occasional Closures
Because Moonlit Shadow is run entirely by me, I may occasionally need to close the shop temporarily, for holidays or personal reasons. If this happens, I'll post a notice on the homepage. Any orders placed before closure will be fulfilled.
Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact me at moonlit@btinternet.com and I'll sort it out for you.
