REFUND POLICY

Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital products (e-books, downloadable content)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Refunds

Once I receive your return, I'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or I made an error with your order.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for something different, please contact me first at moonlit@btinternet.com. I'm happy to help you find what you're looking for.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately with photos. I'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
