How to Use:

  • For best results, use this spell kit during the waxing moon phase - with the full moon being the optimum time. A waxing moon is ideal for drawing things (in this case, restfulness) towards you.
  • Place the candle in the centre of your altar and arrange the tokens around it, aligned to the cardinal points:
    • Amethyst (to represent restfulness and Earth) to the North
    • Feather (representing air) to the East
    • Charred Palo Santo wood (representing fire) to the South
    • Natural Shell (representing water) to the West
  • Clear your mind and focusing solely upon your intent, light the candle.
  • Stare into the flame, while imagining a warm white light surrounding you. Build it... let it grow: until you are completely enveloped within its warm glow.
  • Now focus on what you desire: a relaxing state in mind and body, leading to deeper, restful sleep. Visualise it happening, how you will feel, the effect it’s going to have on your life.
  • When ready, say your own words, or use the provided chant. Repeat it 3 times.
  • Snuff out the candle while anointing the charm in its smoke.
  • Place all items except the candle in the pouch and tie it closed with the charm. Keep it somewhere safe, close by. This is now your restful sleep charm.
  • You can relight the candle, any time you feel the need to strengthen your casting.
